WHO WE ARE
We operate mainly in the textile sector, actively collaborating with the main chassis manufacturers and creating a commercial network extended throughout the textile world.
ERGOTRON is producing electronic speed variator drives since 1975.
In a first phase it has covered a wide range of applications in several industrial sectors, then it has concentrated its own activity in the textile looms automation, becoming the first one in the world to develop an electronic warp let-off drive, making this way a step forward in looms automation and in the removal of defects of various kind on the fabrics, with a consequent increase in loom efficiency and quality.
At the end of years ’90s it has made big investments in research and development for increasing the technology of the Company that have given a new generation of drives, called ERGODRIVE, provided with the latest motion control technologies which better use all the potentiality given by the actual digital technology.
